The Job


The Document Analyst is primarily responsible for verifying customer documents as part of the “Know Your Customer” process within the customer service department. This temporary position is a great way to enter the iGaming industry.


 

Job requirements

Job functions


• Responsible for reviewing and authenticating players’ documents;
• Assisting the Fraud Department with fraud checks and processes;
• Ensuring that all company policies/regulations are compiled to at all times (both personally and assigned agent base);
• Support the Customer Service Department;
• All other duties as assigned.


Skills/competencies required

• Written English at professional level;
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
• Excellent computer literacy skills, especially in web-based applications;
• Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail;
• Fast learner;
• Reliable;
• Team player.


Preferred Skills


• Previous iGaming experience
• French speaking
