Talent Development Administrator

Job description

Main Purpose:

The Talent Development Administrator ensures that key talent receives the necessary resources and information to effectively lead the organisation towards strategic goals. The Talent Development Administrator supports the Head of Talent Development in ensuring that talent and leadership development happen at an appropriate level that meets the current and future needs of the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides administration / coordination services for the Talent Development team.
  • Works closely with the Head of Talent Development and the rest of the HR team.
  • Assists with organising and coordinating internal and external training sessions.
  • Assists with the updating and administration of training records and content including handouts and PowerPoint documents, as required.
  • Supports the Social Media team with tasks including reporting, administration & coordination.
  • Responsible for training evaluation surveys and feedback collation.
  • Assists the Head of Talent Development with the Learning Management System - including maintaining and evolving of data and the infrastructure of the system, report generation and liaising with key stakeholders to generate engagement.
  • Content creation through different mediums i.e., videos, PowerPoint presentations etc. for online learning management system and training sessions.
  • Maintains the company Passport Integration Specific Induction training content - ensures the content is up to date and sends to respective managers
  • Assists with the Performance Management & Professional Mobility campaigns – including report generation and updating of data.
  • Supports other relevant HR projects as assigned from time to time, in line with changing business needs.
  • Activley participate in the Social Media Team when required.

Job requirements

Main Requirements:

  • Previous HR Experience.
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English.
  • Strong rapport and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
